METRICVOID TERMS OF SERVICE [TOS]
TOS is subject to change as it is updated, you will be provided with the updated TOS as necessary.
You must be 18 years or older to commission.
By purchasing you are agreeing to this TOS, I am not liable by any false agreement to age. If you are a MINOR and Commission with a parents credit card/ paypal and a chargeback is filed wrongfully, you will be met with legal action and you will be Blacklisted.
Paypal & Crypto Currency: As of 2021, Paypal has allowed invoices to be paid with crypto currency, I do not approve or allow my commissions to be paid with crypto. You will be refunded, your commission will be canceled.
COPYRIGHT
1. As the artist, I retain ALL rights to the art piece.
2. DO NOT Edit my work without my permission.
3. Never remove my signature from any piece.
4. If you upload any of my pieces to your gallery please give credit.
Artwork is not to be re-posted unless you are the commissioner or character in the picture.
5. You have permission as a client to print your commissions for personal use NOT FOR PROFIT OF ANY-KIND INCLUDING FUNDRAISING.
If you would like to purchase rights to sell an image for a product or a logo please email to discuss.
6. I have the right to turn down ANY commission without reason.
7. I am not obligated to post all commissions, you as the commissioner have the right to post as many times or places as you please as long as there is direct credit.
8. NEVER upload to AI engines. I do not consent for my work to be used without my permission.
PRICES & PAYMENT
1. All commissions must be paid in full up front or with an agreed payment plan.
If payment is not received in 48 hours, your commission will be considered cancelled. If there is an issue contact me.
2. All prices are subject to change based on details of a commission.
3. For online commissions I accept Paypal ONLY. During a convention, you can pay with Square/credit card/ Paypal/ or cash.
SHIPPING
1. Digital Art WILL NOT BE SHIPPED. Only traditional art, printed badges, merchandise from my shop, or other items will be shipped and provided a tracking number.
2. If shipment is returned due to the lack of providing the correct or full address, the customer (you) must pay for the packaging/shipping/handling fee again.
3. YOU the customer are responsible for providing the correct full address in order to have your package arrive safely.
4. If your shipping address does NOT match your PayPal, you must provide proof via email that states:
[ I (your name)/ (your PayPal email) have chosen a different shipping address than my PayPal email and will not chargeback for reasons of “did not receive item”]
5. If a package fails to arrive and is returned due to an incorrect address provided, you will be asked to pay for the shipping.
Commission Process
1. Commissions Open via forms or posts via Twitter, bluesky, and telegram channels.
2. All communication will be done through Twitter Private Massages or email, please indicate which is better for you.
DO NOT contact my telegram or off-twitter unless we schedule to do so.
3. You must either have a reference sheet, a detailed description, or multiple images of a character(s) you wish to commission. Characters without a visual reference (may) cost extra, but can be done!
4. If at any time you would like an update please check the Trello first, then dm/email.
Please do not ask “how are you?” If you just want to know where I’m at on work.
When in the middle of a commission process please do not chit chat with me in the dms, feel free to join the discord.
5. Turn around times are typically 1-2 weeks, but sometimes as little as same-day. If an emergency happens it can be up 1 month and I'll offer to refund the piece. I update my trello as I go, if you have concerns about a due date (ie someone’s birthday) you can pay for a rush order.
6. If there are mistakes in the piece that need to be rectified that are my fault for missing such as markings, tattoos, character specific attributes...etc. It will be done without charge, but must be requested within 2 weeks of the finished piece.
7. Other changes to a piece after it has been completed are possible but fees MAY apply. Changes to a pose after a sketch have been approved will not be made. Please make pose change requests at the sketch stage.
8. DO NOT redline my work without permission. As the commissioner you are purchasing my style, my ability, and this is not a teaching moment.
If redlining helps to describe what you are asking to change, let me know - happy to make any changes!
Please Note that I will accept ideas for poses, but detailed directions won't apply.
Often times with too much direction we can miss an oppotunity for a better composition, and natural posture.
I like to have the art direction with detailed posing left to me so it has the best outcome.
Certain things like "in their left hand can the hold ___" is perfect. "squat, peace sign, running, jumping" also great open ended
I'm easy going and will happily work with you to make sure it has the best outcome.
